Developed by Anatomy professor Larry Tassini, this class chalenges the core in a unique way. The movements are based on Mat Pilates but by utilizing TRX-like straps, you execute the exercises in different relationships to gravity.

A semi-private lesson is a great way to get personalized attention while sharing with your friends. Exercises will performed on equipment including mats, towers, ladder barrels and more. A semi-private class may consist of 2 or 3 people and is scheduled at your convenience.
